سياسة الخصوصية — حوّلها

الملفات والتحويل المحلي

تُعالج المستندات والصور والفيديو والصوت داخل جهازك. لا يرفع كود حوّلها محتوى الملفات إلى خادم تحويل. يتيح منتقي Android اختيار ملفات محددة، وقد يوفر مزود الملفات الذي تختاره وصولًا إلى ملفات سحابية وفق إعداداته الخاصة. لا يطلب التطبيق صلاحية وصول شاملة إلى التخزين.

التخزين والحذف

يحفظ التطبيق النتائج في مساحته الداخلية، ويستخدم مساحة مؤقتة أثناء التحويل. تُزال الملفات المؤقتة عند إتمام العملية أو إلغائها أو فشلها قدر الإمكان. يمكنك حذف النتائج من «ملفاتي» أو حذف بيانات التطبيق من إعدادات Android. إزالة التطبيق تزيل ملفاته الداخلية عادةً؛ النسخ التي تحفظها خارجه تحتاج إلى حذف منفصل. احتفظ بالأصول واحفظ نسخة من النتائج التي تريد الإبقاء عليها.

المشاركة بإرادتك

عند اختيار المشاركة أو فتح الناتج أو حفظ نسخة، يمنح Android التطبيق أو الوجهة التي تختارها وصولًا إلى ذلك الملف. يخضع استخدام الوجهة للملف لسياستها. لا ينشر حوّلها ملفاتك تلقائيًا ولا يوفر شبكة مشاركة عامة.

الإعلانات والبيانات التقنية

يستخدم التطبيق Google AdMob وGoogle User Messaging Platform. قد تجمع خدمات الإعلانات وتشارك عنوان IP الذي يمكن أن يستدل منه على الموقع التقريبي، وتفاعلات التطبيق والإعلانات، ومعلومات التشخيص والأداء، ومعرّفات الجهاز مثل معرّف الإعلان ومعرّف مجموعة التطبيقات. تُستخدم هذه البيانات للإعلانات وقياس الأداء والتحليلات ومنع الاحتيال والأمان. تستخدم خدمات Google تشفير النقل. تحويل الملفات محليًا لا يعني انعدام جمع بيانات الإعلانات.

اختيارات الخصوصية

قد تظهر رسالة موافقة بحسب المنطقة وإعدادات خدمات Google. تتوفر «خيارات خصوصية الإعلانات» في الإعدادات عندما يطلب مزود الخدمة إتاحتها. يمكنك أيضًا إدارة معرّف الإعلان من إعدادات Android. رفض تخصيص الإعلانات لا يضمن منع جميع معالجة البيانات اللازمة لعرض الإعلانات أو حمايتها من الاحتيال.

الحسابات والتواصل

لا يتطلب حوّلها إنشاء حساب ولا يجمع نموذج تسجيل اسمًا أو بريدًا أو كلمة مرور. إذا راسلت بريد الدعم بنفسك، يصلنا بريدك ومحتوى رسالتك وأي ملفات تختار إرفاقها، ونستخدمها للرد والمتابعة. أرسل ما يلزم للمشكلة فقط. يمكنك طلب حذف مراسلات الدعم بالكتابة إلى البريد نفسه، مع مراعاة أي التزامات نظامية للاحتفاظ بها.

الاحتفاظ ببيانات مزودي الخدمة

تخضع بيانات الإعلانات لفترات الاحتفاظ وإجراءات التحكم المبيّنة في سياسات Google. حذف ملف محلي أو إزالة التطبيق لا يحذف تلقائيًا بيانات لدى Google. لا يدير hitbones خادم حسابات أو أرشيفًا مركزيًا لملفات التحويل، ولا يوفر زرًا لحذف سجلات مزود الإعلانات.

الأطفال

التطبيق غير مصمم خصيصًا للأطفال. إذا اعتقدت أن طفلًا أرسل إلينا معلومات شخصية ضمن رسالة دعم، تواصل معنا لمعالجة الطلب.

التغييرات والتواصل

Privacy policy — Hawelha

Effective date: 7 September 2026. This policy applies to File Converter: Hawelha (تحويل الملفات: حوّلها), package com.hitbones.hawelha, provided by hitbones. Contact: aqar@omaralgarni.com.

Files and local conversion

Documents, images, video, and audio are processed on your device. Hawelha does not upload file contents to a conversion server. The Android document picker gives access to files you select. A file provider you choose may access cloud files under its own settings. The app does not request broad storage access.

Storage and deletion

The app stores converted files in its internal storage and uses temporary storage during conversion. Temporary files are removed on completion, cancellation, or failure where possible. Delete results from My files or clear the app data in Android settings. Uninstalling normally removes internal app files; copies saved elsewhere must be deleted separately. Keep originals and save copies of outputs you wish to retain.

Sharing at your request

When you choose to share, open, or save a copy, Android gives the selected application or destination access to that file. That destination handles it under its own policy. Hawelha does not publish your files automatically or provide a public sharing network.

Advertising and technical data

The app uses Google AdMob and Google User Messaging Platform. Advertising services may collect and share IP addresses that can indicate approximate location, app and ad interactions, diagnostic and performance information, and device identifiers such as the advertising ID and app set ID. These data support advertising, measurement, analytics, fraud prevention, and security. Google services encrypt data in transit. Local file processing does not mean that advertising data is not collected.

Privacy choices

A consent message may appear depending on your region and Google service settings. Ad privacy options are available in Settings when required by the provider. You can also manage the advertising ID in Android settings. Declining personalized advertising does not necessarily stop every data operation needed to deliver or protect ads.

Accounts and support

Hawelha does not require an account or provide a registration form collecting a name, email address, or password. If you email support, we receive your email address, message, and any attachments you choose to send, and use them to respond and follow up. Send only what is needed for the issue. You may request deletion of support correspondence at the same address, subject to applicable retention obligations.

Service provider retention

Advertising data is subject to the retention periods and controls described in Google policies. Deleting a local file or uninstalling the app does not automatically delete data held by Google. hitbones does not operate an account server or central archive of conversion files, and the app has no control that deletes advertising provider records.

Children

The app is not designed specifically for children. If you believe a child sent personal information to us in a support email, contact us so we can address the request.

Changes and contact
